I was initially really impressed with this steam cleaner, it did a great job on my grout & shower screen, lifted a stain off the carpet...but then after 6 days of intermittent use, it just stopped producing steam, half way through mopping the floor. It no longer releases steam through the attachments. Tried calling their customer advice line, but still no joy after following their advice. Will be returning it to store once lock down is over. Not sure if Ill get a replacement or go with a different brand/ I do like the idea of having a multi purpose steamer.

Works very well for most cleaning tasks though I cannot figure out the steam control slide switch so when mopping floors I either get too much steam or not enough. This is a bit frustrating as the instruction book does not describe this function adequately. The online ordering system from the Goodguys was also problematic as I had to call the local store after 10 days only to find that the warehouse had not dispatched the product but had emailed me to say that it was dispatched. My local Goodguys store sorted it out pronto.

Good pressure compare to those cheaper steam cleaner with low pressure. Can clean bathrooms mould, tiles grout, greasy ovens.

This little thing is great, its compact and powerful. We used it to clean the tiles and grime in the bathroom as well as mop the floors after we had hoovered. They all came up great just takes a bit of patience and attention
