The product was smaller than I thought but it gives out some awesome heat, the other feature we like is you can have the flames on with no heat .

It doesnt generate a lot of heat it just looks good Probably good for a small room We are using it on our outdoor deck

I have never used this product

the artificial flames are just class.

Look this maybe in Australia Post problem but the heater was ordered on 15th August and on the 9th September there is no sign of it arriving. Ask me again if it arrives before Summer.
