Terrific purchase, the oven looks fabulous and is easy to clean. Cooking functions are all that I need, rotisserie does an excellent job, oven heats up quickly, cooks evenly. Very pleased with it.

It looks good, the gas cooktop is fine. The digital display and oven are clearly faulty and do not work at all. Still waiting for a call back from a tech/service person to take a look at it.

The oven arrived with a faulty clock, which meant that the oven itself didn't work. The installers were not surprised, they said this was not uncommon. The problem began when we contacted the Good Guys. They referred us to Fisher and Paykel, and left it entirely up to us to chase down repairers and replacements. Basically, The Good Guys immediately handed the problem off to the manufacturer and from then on, it was up to us. I will never buy anything from the Good Guys again - what is the point of customer service if it stops the moment something goes wrong - that's when there should be extra support.

Havent had a chance to use our beautiful cooker yet-such a long wait for installation-have been waiting for 4 weeks so far-the sales people tried very hard to find us an installer. Very disappointed we have to wait so long-could be 6 weeks or more
