Brilliant phone

I bought this phone on pre order for when it came out! I've never ever made a better choice about anything! You will not be disappointed at all! Great camera both front and back Brilliant coverage Really fast! Lovely made! It's just gorgeous! Which sounds cringe haha You won't regret purchasing it

The iPhone Xs Max has a silly name and an even sillier price, but it's as good as it gets

Apple iPhone Xs Max review: The best iPhone ever

This is the fastest and biggest iPhone ever. The cameras are excellent, particularly for video, and the battery life is great. Again, it's not best in class, but it's the best battery life in an iPhone for a long, long while.

Spectacular camera; Fastest phone ever; Improved durability

Incredibly expensive

iPhone XS Max Review: Worth £1099

The biggest and most powerful iPhone yet, and the perfect phone for on-the-move media consumers

iOS 12 is great; Camera is amazing; Epic screen

Might be too large for some; No fast charger in the box

iPhone XS Max review

Apple’s maxed the iPhone X in pretty much every way. The iPhone XS Max is more powerful and more durable, has a bigger screen and larger battery, and has a camera that’ll occasionally make you squee. But also the price-tag’s ramped up to the max as well. The 64GB model is £1099; 256/512GB models, respectively, give your bank account a kicking to the tune of £1249 and £1449. Those price points, for reference, match the first two levels of 13in MacBook Pro. Equivalent models of the Samsung S9+ are three hundred quid cheaper. And you don’t even get a headphone dongle in the iPhone’s box this year. So, yes, this iPhone is expensive, but – most importantly – it’s really bloody good. For anyone rocking a Plus or who feels hemmed in by the iPhone X, it’s an excellent upgrade. But if you don’t care about the extra screen space, or fancy something smaller and lighter, remember the iPhone XS is now basically the same phone – and a hundred quid cheaper.

Gorgeous display; Absurdly powerful; Superb camera; Great build quality;

Expensive; The notch still irks; Wobbles when set on a table; No headphone dongle in the box;

Apple iPhone XS Max 512GB

Apple's new iPhone XS Max is incredibly fast with a gorgeous display and very impressive cameras. Equally impressive is the price tag, comparable to a down-payment on a small car

IP-68 rated; A12-Bionic is the fastest SoC in the market as of now; Class-leading display with HDR10 and Dolby Vision certification

Unnecessarily expensive; No fast charger in the box; No Lightning-to-3.5mm converter in the box

Google Pixel 3 XL has been launched and it's among the top three smartphones from the top brands. The Apple iPhone XS Max and the Samsung Galaxy Note9 are the two main rivals so far that Google Pixel 3 XL faces, particularly in the camera division.

iPhone XS and XS Max Camera Review: Stepping it up

There are few cameras as ubiquitous as the iPhone. Walk around almost anywhere and you will likely find someone carrying the device or readying to snap something with it. The iPhone XS (and by extension, the XS Max) is supposed to be Apple's crowning photography jewel, thanks to new, smarter...
