Apple iPhone 5

Full review here http://www.head-fi.org/t/778147/apple-iphone-5-review-by-mark2410 Brief: Err its an aging Iphone. Price: At launch it was a whopping £529 for the 16GB version. Specification: See Here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPhone_5 Accessories: A white plug and white lightning cable.

Erm integrates well with Itunes Most mic'd headsets should be compatible with it

Makes you use Itunes; Sounds meh; Limited format support (i.e; no FLAC.

With the iPhone 5, Apple has done everything it needs to on paper: it's bigger, lighter, and faster. But not by much: it still feels like the iPhone 4 and 4S, and while the 4G connection is a welcome addition, it does little to help with the poor battery life and call quality.

The big news with the iPhone 5 is the new display: for the first time, Apple's jumped from the traditional 3.5-inch panel; It's a welcome move: the longer 4-inch 1136x640 display is as sharp as the original Retina Display, with great viewing angles and print-like detail.

It's hard to find faults with the iPhone 5 hardware: it's refined, and packed with bleeding edge tech; Some people might grumble at the new Lightning port, but Apple had to draw a line in the sand at some point to keep making the iPhone thinner: Apple's AirPlay wireless streaming set up should more...

Looks good for now

The iPhone 5 is great and all for the average businessman or high-end job holder, but my biggest worry is the 4G-LTE. It may be RIDICULOUSLY fast right now, but that's because not too many people are using it; give it a year or so, and the 4G-LTE hype will die down and carriers will soon have to...

picture quality; easy to use; helps organize my tasks easily

not too durable

Iphone 5- It's OK, certainly better out there for the same price

I have experienced this phone previously to owning my current phone (Samsung galaxy s4). Personally I think the galaxy is 1000x's better than the Iphone, and because of it I will never change back.

Feels good in the hand; Fast and easy to use UI

Poor build quality; OS is very limited; Not many cool features; Overheats easily; Sudden glitches; Expensive for what you get

Apple iPhone 5

The iPhone 5 surpasses its predecessors in virtually every aspect, and it is without a doubt the best offering from Apple so far. Despite the oversight with regards to the maps, it isn't quite the off-putting flaw that makes the iPhone 5 any less of a beast (especially since it can be rectified).

+ A speedier and smoother experience; + Improved battery life

- Horrible built-in mapping solution; - Lack of innovative features on the OS

Ok for men

Bought this for my wife but found that she would have to have arms like a Russian shot putter to take up the slack in the strap even on the smallest adjustment, shame as it looks really good quality.

Comfortable; takes an iPhone5 with a slim case fitted; Could do with somewhere to hold excess headphone cable

Though Apple iPhone 5 created a lot of buzz and rumors before the launch, it has managed to acquire a name for itself in the market. Touted as the most desired smartphone available in the market (as statistics tell us), iPhone 5 comes with a bigger screen size and includes 4G LTE data speed,...

Longer and larger screen; Supports 4G network; Good quality front-facing camera; Slim and feather light; Ultra-fast wireless

High price; Map seems to be a disaster; No NFC

It's an odd sensation, but it actually detracts from the experience when you first pick it up. We've praised the weighty feel of the iPhone in the past, lending it a premium feel in the face of toy-like phones.

Great design; Larger screen; Average battery life; Quality camera

Expensive; Poor maps; Ageing OS
