It was not unlocked like it stated; But that's ok; Don't use that feature; Additionally had to take it to the Apple Store to have them update the software; There seemed to be a glitch that took awhile to figure out; Now, it seems to be running smoothly

Love, love, love it! It's the perfect size--big enough to watch movies & not have to squint, but small enough to be portable & fit inside my bag. I also have an iPad Air that I frequently use but it's heavier & barely fits in my bag. So, this is the device I choose when I'm on the go.
