This product is ultimatum. I've used the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.0 before the iPad and it feels like I've upgraded to something much much better. The display is gorgeous and everything in the tablet is so, so user-friendly. Samsung's tablet now feels like nothing.. This feels so much better..

Apple's not tinkered with the formula much: the metal iPad 4G is the identical size to the third gen, and it's all the better for it; This is the most polished, premium slate on the market, even if it's not the lightest; The screen is the crown jewel though, and has to be seen to be believed.

You could argue that the new port on the bottom of the new iPad 4G is a downgrade: the smaller Lightning port is easier to use; but it does mean it won't work with existing cables; docks and accessories.

I bought the Apple iPad from Walmart online. The whole transaction was hassle free and exactly as documented for arrival date. The product is exactly what I hoped for and then some. I love BBC gardening shows and watch them in my iPad on my deck on YouTube.

The IPad 4 is only a slightly revised version of the previous 3rd generation IPad. For those looking for major upgrades, this may come as a slight disappointment. The processor capabilities and graphics performance is decidedly better but otherwise not much of the tablet has been changed by Apple.
