I love the quality of this iPad. Since it's retina, it's screen quality gives out amazing colors. The cameras, front and back, are incredible. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

Bought this for our 84 year old mother. She loves it and can't wait to use is as a companion for her iPhone 5c! She has plans to use it as a teaching tool with the help of Keynote and Pages.

I've been using the iPad 4 for several months now. It's proven to be a dependable item which holds the charge. I use it mostly for "fun" yet have found it useful when away as it is so much easier to carry than a laptop.

Price; tech support sometimes time consuming

Everything seems ok except for 2 things. 1. The iPad won't connect to my Bluetooth device. Have tried all suggestions. 2. It only transferred about half of my songs from me old iPad. Otherwise it seems to be a great iPad.

I really enjoy this product. It makes my life so much easier. I can take it any and everywhere. Just an outstanding product. I can work on her, entertain myself, and teach with ease all from this product. One of the greatest purchases I've made.

It's just what I expected to get with a refurbished unit.. Works great.. Shows some wear and tear.. Small not noticeable scratches on screen.. Corner dented... But it is a used unit.. I actually received a unit with 32gb of memory, so I was pleasantly surprised.. Thanks!

I love my new IPad. Can't put it down. So many functions and a whole lot of free applications for games, tv shows movies, etc; unbeleivable. This is the way to go.

As a senior citizen I was impressed with how much I use and enjoy this iPad, wish I had bought one sooner. Very reliable and forgiving for a novice user. Will be buying another Apple iPad for a friend.
