I love this little label printer. I purchased it to print retail price tags on our store merchandise. It is a thermal ribbon less printer. It has a small foot print, quite and fast. Easy to load and USB.

We purchased this printer to replace our old version that was several years old. This product is great and easy to use. I would recommend it to any one with a business.

Seemingly a good printer

I made the mistake of assuming this had a usb connection; It is in fact an old style printer plug; My mistake! Back we go

Even my IT guy was unable to format to labels without phone support. The tech support online was inadequate .

There were no reviews and it did not tell what the back connections were so when it arrived it did not work with what we needed at our workplace. The name is the exact name of the thermal printer we currently have with the exception of the back. Now we need to return it and find one that will work.
