Scales appear to be all good. Annoying to have to set up an account with xioami to use the app. bought scales - set up account -set up app - used scales- app told me I'm fat - didn't really need to spend this money to learn that!

The actual weighing is accurate - however all of the other features it supposedly has, such as bone density, muscle, fat percentage, hydration (the most inaccurate) and protein seem way off/very inaccurate. But it’s not all bad, please read the pros and cons below, if you would like. :) Pros: Weighs accurately. Mostly works well, and the Bluetooth integration with Mi Fit is great. Unfortunately the BIA measurement this scale does is not great - it consistently only reads me as massively dehydrated, regardless of my real hydration, causing all the derived measurements (BF%, Visceral fat, etc) to always be significantly wrong and leading Mi Fit to give me nonsense health warnings. My previous scale has a 2-pad BIA measurement and never had this problem, it always gave consistent and plausible measures. It is a nice looking scale. Easy to install if you have the batteries. You must remember to buy the batteries.

I bought this scale on sale because it communicates my weight directly to my phone so that I don't have to. It is accurate and does what I want it to do (5 stars). However, it also provides a bunch of measurements that I think could really discourage someone. I have other scales that measure my body fat that say I'm at around 24% (average). This scale says that I'm at 32% (obese!). I workout a lot and ingest a high amount of protein every day, but the scale says that my protein is "inadequate".
