There is literally not one single thing I could fault about this monitor. It is the second monitor/second brand I have tried and it is simply amazing. Massive display screen and night vision is perfect. Love the night light function as well as the fact that it picks up the slightest of sounds.

The delivery tracking says delivered to other suburb (suspect that it went to a good guys store) rather than my house where the delivery address is. Incredibly frustrating.

This item has the good features and good quality but with the price they charger as a customer you can expect more. Also need to improve battery performance. Upto some point i recommend this product.

Good product, when working spends most of the time on charge. At most I can only get approx two hours out of the monitor and camera. Not great to having to have the power cord connected if wanting to use for longer than the two hours as in my opinion its unsafe in a nursery. When turned on or off it makes a loud beeping noise on the camera which is not handy when trying to be quiet with a sleeping baby. It would also be great if you could turn on the night light/ music to just use it as a mobile without having to have the camera on as this chews the already limited battery life.
