The software is rubbish, has issues with it, once that issue is fixed them I am sure it would be worth a 5 star rating.

I bought these about 18 months ago. Nothing but problems. Randomly mutes, have to reconnect the dongle to work, software is terrible, plastic feels cheap, audio is not great...
