While Travis Strikes Again isn't the "No More Heroes 3" we were hoping for, it is nonetheless an entertaining action game that's certainly worth checking out, especially for fans of Grasshopper Manufacture and their distinctive style.
Simple but satisfying combat; Fantastic soundtrack; Packed with references and humour; Quirky presentation
Some frustrating moments; Lack of clarity in portable mode; A few camera issues
Semi-pro hero It's still as irreverent as ever. You'll get plenty of fourth wall breaking, "what the shit," and "nice work, dickhead" dialogue in the first few minutes, just in case you weren't 100% positive that you were playing a Suda game.
Dan has a bad time with Travis Touchdown and is still recovering.
The game can look ok when the camera isn't a mile high in the sky; I'm struggling to think of anything; It has an end
Where to start Gameplay is mundane and repetitive; Dialogue is so cringey it's bad; Graphics and animation are last-gen at best; Level design is uninspired and feels incredibly copy paste.
