I have been missing out on this kind of internet speed for years... as it turns out my router completely throttles the 2.5ghz channel in favour for 5ghz in which my old adapter could only connect to the former. My internet speeds have gone from 25mgb download to 140+mgb and with the bonus of Bluetooth, I now have a speaker for my pc too. absolutely POG

This came with two different height case slots so we were able to make it work well with a pci-express cable adapter to place it next to the graphics card. The graphics card took up one pci slot and the pci-e press slot so we bought a cable adapter to run from the express slot under the graphics card and out the side to plug in to this WiFi adapter. The outcome looks like it was supposed to be fitted there from factory

Would recomend for the price the cheapest Bluetooth and wifi adapter I could find used to find I would recommend one of these if you have the slot as the USB adapters overheat and turn off after long periods of use Only downside I had was with the attenas but it was more to do with the slot i used than the actual product but when they move to the left they instantly lose and flop over so you have to re adjust them (again not really an issue just was annoying for me due to wires being near the slot i used as i didn't want to go above the gpu)

This was the first time I'd ever installed anything like this. The cost was good, and it was easy to install into the PC case and easy to install software. Works perfectly, and as a bonus, it also gives a Bluetooth connection.
