When looking for a new router, it is recommended that you keep an eye for the latest technology, mainly the 802.11ac, but bear in mind that the AC routers tend to be more expensive than the N variants.

Good Wireless Coverage; Affordability; 802.11ac; Easy Setup; Lightweight

No USB 3.0; Can't Access Internet only on 5GHz

My previous router was giving us fits. The Archer C7 has been working great. Thanks to Sonny at Crutchfield for helping me through the process.

TP-LINK AC1750 Dual Band Wireless Gigabit Router

What a great router! This has significantly increased my homes WIFI range! It far exceeds the newest router Verizon used (rented router). This is an investment (much cheaper than renting) & the range is superior. Also, the speed of connectivity is up to par. I have no complaints.

Have had this unit up and running for about 3 months. I was having problems with the V Super hub poor wireless signal and having to reboot all the time. Even the replacement was no better. I have the super hub set in modem mode and the wireless has improved after connecting the C7.

TP Link Archer C7 review

Respectable wireless performance and full list of features makes the Archer C7 a truly worthy purchase, especially if you don't want to spend too much to try 802.11ac for yourself.

If you're having issues with your connection, we suggest adding the TP-Link AC1750 to your Amazon cart. Usually priced at $79.99, it's available now for just $51.99, a 35 percent discount. Life is already stressful enough; don't waste any more time butting heads with your Wi-Fi. The AC1750 is probably a bit different from what you're used to — it's a smart router that's compatible with Alexa and IFTTT, meaning you can turn on your guest Wi-Fi with voice commands or trigger actions when devices connect or disconnect from your network. You can set up this router in minutes and the high-speed connection allows for simultaneous activities like TV streaming, gaming, internet browsing, and more. With 2,500 squ...
