Very easy to use

Came with google tv installed. Liked the colour and contrast. Few things which I dont like are 1. OS is not that great. Though English was selected, I can see Chinese language in search buttons. 2. There is an audio loss when connected via Arc output for every 2 seconds. 3. Speaker is not great. An external audio system is a must I have sound bar and apple tv 4k. Hence above drawbacks are not an issue for me. Other than that it is great tv at this price range.

Sadly this TV is basically a lemon. The panel itself is fairly good, quite bright and a high quality display when it's given a high quality source but the software running the operating system and the under powered CPU that really let's it down. I thought I'd give TCL a shot after using a Sony TV for ages (not 4K) and it's been a frustrating, buggy experience. I don't have this TV plugged into free to air at all, so rely exclusively on apps for content. I've used Google/Android TV previously via the Google TV with Chromecast dongle and enjoyed the operating system in general. Sadly, the same OS on this TV is generally quite slow, with a lot of variability on the responsiveness to button clicks and generally switching between apps. It's ok sometimes, but you often are left waiting for the TV to catchup when browsing the main menu. Add to this the buggy app experience.
