Nearly like my old sunbeam deep fryer which I've had for many years the inner stainless oil container in not as thick as my old one nearly 200g lighter but they don't make them like they used to these days.

Sunbeam have disappointed me with this deep fryer. Their products I have used in the past have always been good quality, but this is anything but. The edges of the unit are rough metal, I nearly cut my fingers on it when I was setting it up. As a fryer it works well, however, the capacity is deceptive. Sunbeam's website says "Deep Fry Food Capacity (Kg) 1.25". I couldn't even get 900g of fries into the basket, so unless they measured using something small and very dense, you don't see that being achieved. I haven't cleaned mine yet, so I'm not sure how easy/hard that will be. I'm disappointed with Sunbeam, but if you don't mind the poor quality design, and you don't want to cook too much, this fryer may suit you well.

Bought this a couple of years ago and has lasted so well, I love it. The food is always great and cool zone makes it healthier

Bought this to replace old one. Which we have had for 30years.

I bought my fryer 15 years ago and use it a few times a month. Handle on the basket broke about a Year ago but still can use it. Never misses a beat. Heats up quick ,easy to use. Why change perfection.
