Love my new Bread Maker

Got this machine yesterday and I immediately started making my own bread loaf for the first time. I followed instruction on the flour pack I bought from Coles and it was a success. Then today after work, I baked again using the recipe from the booklet that came with the machine, another success. I prefer mixing the flour in a separate bowl which took less than 5 minutes then I put in the pan, less mess in that way. Tonight I am trying the delay function so we can wake up to the beautiful smell of fresh bread. I must say, technology has improved our quality of life. I am glad I tried something new

Sunbeam SmartBake Custom 1.25kg breadmaker

I love baking the bread and have done it every day since I have bought it. I use the smallest loaf size at 750g. During the first phases its a bit noisy as has to mix the ingredients - not a problem. Delayed timer means i can wake up to the smell of fresh bread :). I choose dark crust - it is still light but the rest is good. Only needs 3 ingredients: water, flour, yeast. I have them handy so easy to do. Takes about 3.5 hours. Starting to experiment with different flours. Have made pizza dough. Auto add nuts etc rather than manual. Would definitely recommend.

Ok

I have frond that this product is not actuall mixing the ingredient thorough, the flour seems to stay at the bottom unles you manoeuvre around the edges
