SteelSeries Sensei Pro Laser Gaming Mouse

Performance is about being able to accurately track on a multitude of surfaces. I found that during gameplay I could quickly target enemies on either my wooden desk or my Razer Goliathus Accuracy cloth pad.

Hyper customizable using the included SteelSeries Engine; Accurate on a multitude of surfaces; Wide 1-11,700 DPI sensitivity range; Comfortable feel; Powerful 32-bit ARM processor integrates many features

Plastic Top; Expensive

SteelSeries Guild Wars 2 Gaming Mouse Review

Thanks to the common and comfortable mouse shape, the Guild Wars 2 mouse from SteelSeries is easy to get used to. SteelSeries Engine will recognize the mouse right away and we can start defining custom functions and also modify the LED lighting effects.

SteelSeries Sensei Pro Grade Laser Mouse

Now that we've got through all of the software we get to test out the Sensei!  This is the fun part as I get to play ~cough~  I mean test it out.  When it comes to testing, we here at BCCHardware pride ourselves by being very thorough when we test gaming products and being a gamer myself I'll take...

Software isn't intuitive; Sensitivity settings won't change automatically when you're in game and then wanting to choose classes and menu items; No grip siding

SteelSeries Sensei Pro Grade Laser Mouse Review (Electronics)

The SteelSeries Sensei is crazy cool, amazingly comfortable and just downright fun to use and play with. I think I spent an hour changing the colors on the LEDs until I settled on a configuration.

Buggy

Needed a high-resolution mouse for Photoshop work. Don't need it to be a setup hassle, I just need to plug it in and have it work- as 99% of the rest...

it moves the cursor

doesn't always track 100% horizontally

Works great for a while

tl;dr - Its a good mouse if money isn't really an issue, there is no getting used to it. It's shaped a lot like a 5 dollar microsoft mouse but with way more teflon. In this case it is not very long lasting.

The mouse fits my hand well; The previous mice I've used have been a logitech g9, g9x, coolermaster xornet, and now this; The pads on the bottom are plentiful, was suprised to see that even for a rubberized mouse this wasn't cheaped out on; I use the steelseries mouse pad too.

I didn't buy it from newegg; So nothing against newegg but I did buy it brand new retail and I'd expect better durability than this; It's never suffered any mistreatment and now turns off randomly.

I switched from a Razer Death Adder, to the Steelseries Sensei. After a few hours of playing around with the Sensei, i think its safe to say that the Sensei feels way better than the Death Adder.

Very Smooth feeling; Glides really easily; Very nice side buttons

Haven't found any at the moment

Steelseries Sensei computer mouse

My old logitech mouse has died, and as I am somekind of hardcore gamer and I do a lot of work in CAD programs where precise mouse control is very important, I went into search for a great mouse . Of course, my only option was gaming mouse .

I rma'ed my sensei about a month ago.. I'm now asking for a tracking number or any update about it, but they reply soo slow. Im a little bit upset, I thought they were better vs razer/other company. I was wrong.
