SteelSeries has developed a reputation as makers of pretty high-end hardware. At least, this was the impression I'd held onto since I first heard their name many years ago. Until now, I'd never had the chance to properly test this assumption.

High level of functionality; Flexible in their range of usability; Super stylish in design

Sleek design feels fragile; White hardware just cannot stay clean; Certain functions locked behind updates

So not only am I impressed with the headset itself and would highly recommend it, but also, the delivery and condition of both the product and box is perfect. Definitely worth buying if you're either thinking to upgrade or as first time buy in which case it might be your last.

A comfortable gaming headset for the price, if you are looking for surround sound spend more money on something with more drivers.

This headset works great for long gaming sessions, the chat mix feature is great to mix game and chat volumes; Lots of accessories too, replacement cords, different ear muffs and bands can be found online which is nice

The surround sound is mostly a gimmick and I prefer it off
