Very good
If what you need in a pair of headphones, primarily, is that you get long battery life and decent sound on a low budget, the Sony certainly delivers that. The noise cancelling might not have as much impact as we'd like, but it's not useless, and the sound is enjoyable.
Enjoyable and dynamic sound; Lightweight design is easy to wear for long periods; Affordable price point;
Cheap and plasticky build; Buttons are a bit fiddly; Not the cleanest listen ever; Noise leaks (both in and out);
Sony makes good gear – a statement that you can count on. But once you have used the WH-1000xM3, the WH-CH710N simply don’t cut it in comparison. So, with the caveat that you have not been spoiled, t hese are decent headphones with a reasonably good sound signature and a very good battery life.
Good bass and treble – balanced sound signature for handsfree use, Similar performance in cable or BT, Lightweight – should suit extended wear, It’s a Sony is worth a slight price premium
No app or EQ, Earcups are not deep, No carry case or fold-up design, Basic noise cancelling, No aptX or higher-res codecs, Extraordinarily long 7-hour charge time
Sound quality and noise cancelling in these head phones are good. But I should have done more research before I went and bought these online. The issue is with their usability. The placement of the buttons (on the bottom of the ear covers) is so awkward, that you need to take the headset off just to...
Had the headphones for 2 weeks now. I bought this primarily to use for work and also to block out ambient noise outside the home (neighbours renovating and building a pool next door). Easy to pair to mobile phone, tv etc..
Very light, easy to wear, not so much bass, however the multi-point connection with two devices worth the money. Despite the other users reviews, I managed to connect with two devices, working just fine. Very bad that it cannot be connected through the app on the phone, it is a very big minus.
Good sound and noise cancelling is fab. Excellent price point. Slightly uncomfortable internally in the headset, odd design .over all pleased
For under $200 these are a great option for anyone that wants good active noise cancelling but doesn't want to break the bank doing so. While these have plenty of flaws, they're still a solid pair of headphones overall that I would recommend to anyone with a hard budget.
Good active noise cancelling; Comfortable padding; Strong Bluetooth connection with AAC and can also be wired; Ambient mode lets you hear your surroundings; Battery life; Price
Build quality is not great; Don't fold at the hinges; Lack of LDAC support is confusing; Earcups aren't deep at all; Mids and highs are lacking in clarity
Sony's WH-CH710N headphones offer solid audio performance and active noise cancellation for a relatively affordable price.
Deep bass and crisp highs; Above-average noise cancellation for low price; Can be used in wired; passive mode
Mids are somewhat scooped out; No carrying case or pouch
“Sony's WH-CH710N wireless headphones are great at being good”
Excellent battery life; Comfortable design; Stellar voice assistant integration
Unimpressive noise cancellation
