I bought this lens a month ago and i like it, the photos are not as sharp as at 28mm, but overall is a good lens! I use this lens for vlogging, and for video it's amazing.

It made a huge difference to my existing SEL20F28 pancake lens. I've attached a very quick demo of the same subject in the same position, just changing the lens from the standard a5100 (SELP1650), the SEL20F28 and the Ultra Wide Converter VCL-ECU2.

This does a very nice job for a conversion lens. Price is nice and quality is quite good. Even gives correct EXIF data. For not a lot of extra size you get a 28 and a 21mm lens

As a recent convert to the Sony E system (from Olympus via Fuji) I'm slowly acquiring the lenses I need (or just want). Unfortunately, while the A6500 body I use is superb for my needs the same can't be said of Sony lenses, most of which are mediocre at best compared with the superb Fuji and Olympus...
