I bought these as cheap headphones for personal use and I was blown away with the quality and sound. Pretty good sound and bass for what you pay for, best money I spent on these.

Bought these based on the positive user reviews. Not disappointed, they are great. Build quality is good. The max volume may be a little low for some people, but they cut out external noise fairly well. Bonus points for having a right angled headphone jack.

I needed headphones to use at work that blocked out the world enough to let me concentrate, without being too intimidating. It also isn't the best listening environment so I wasn't looking for anything too expensive. These Sony units do a fine job, with great sound for the price.

Just had this delivered. Great sound and not too loud. Just the way i wanted it. Bass is nice. Only downside is,there is no mic on the cord as pictured.
