I'd been having an argument with myself about buying one of these for many months and, now I have taken the plunge, I couldn't be more happy. It's reasurringly weighty and oozes quality. I've only tried a few of the function so far, but the pictures have been excellent.

Very pleased with first results from the camera - it is small (heavy compared with other cameras at this size) and very expensive, but brings together a large sensor with a proper viewfinder and a built-in flash. Very expensive, but a quality product.

Sony RX100 V remains as the most advanced compact camera, allowing casual photographers to capture HFR footages and continuously focus and capture moving objects at 24 fps. Ive had 3-4 Cybershots in the past, and always liked them. Got on the Lumix train, and am quite fond of those but this Cybershot RX-100VA caught my eye and checked most of the right boxes this time.
