I still like Newegg and will continue to buy stuff from them, HOWEVER... Unless it explicitly says "MANUFACTURER refurbished" on the listing, I'll never buy another "refurbished" product from Newegg.

Simply doesn't work; Powers up OK, but remote is 100% non-working; (Yes, I *did* check the batteries on my battery checker; They are good; The remote is just 100% DOA.) Also, even the front panel open/close button only worked 1 out of 5 times times I tried to use it.

My husband and I usually always love Sony but this Blu Ray quit working properly after only 2 months. The "child lock eject" option turned itself on and we would disable it and it still would not work. We googled the problem and found it's a common problem and many others are frustrated.

Good Clear sound. USB Port advantage. Has good Features. Not that easy to use.

Upgraded to bluray for the first time. Went for a brand I've trusted before and it didn't let me down. Got the excellent quality I was looking for.

I bought this BluRay player a few weeks ago and it has done everything I need. For me personally it has a few too many 'Knob's and Whistles' that I'm not likely to use but it does what I want admirably.

I took some time to look around and choose a multi-region player, I'm really loving this one. It plays my foreign DVDs with no problem whatsoever and the picture quality is awesome.

The blu ray and DVD part work wonderfully but out of those 300+ apps it promised I found about 30. I've looked everywhere on how to fix it and even emailed support and was told that I can only get the apps that there and no more. No huluplus, Amazon prime, Pandora, nothing.

Finally a way to view all those DVDs that I had purchased without realizing they wouldn't work in my existing Blu-Ray player. Very compact unit and easy to set up for various regionally coded DVD sets.
