If it doesn't work out of the box, take it straight back

If you connect this unit to a TV that doesn't support the default "out-of-the-box" format there is no way to fix it.

A spectacularly stupid design decision rendered it completely useless

No direct wifi setup & not listed on the overview

Bought today and the easy setup isnt easy at all, no direct Wi-Fi, and it's not detailed that you need cords to plug into your modem etc! Only reason I bought it was to use my internet accounts such as Netflix. Not happy.

Not wireless and am not happy

This was supplied to me to substitute for the Samsung model which was, after investigation no longer available. It is not wireless and I had no idea that was thee case until it was finally set up for connection. Do not want this as it does not meet my needs
