Great TV.

Very disappointed, sub titles appear every time the t.v. Is turned on or change channel and have to turn off each time. The installer was meant to get back to me, still waiting two weeks now. Tried ringing the problem line only to get hung up on not once but twice. No one seems to understand or want to fix this problem. There is nothing in the booklet about the sub titles. Im sorry I bought this product. ,
