Awesome drive. Does a fantastic job storing all my docs and backing up Windows. Also allows my "smaller" portable drives to be used now for XBox and PS4 storage. message for Kat G: If you're using Windows, go to device manager, select the drive then under policies tab, enable better performance and then enable write caching and see if that helps ;)

I bought this hard drive to use for my X-Box One S, which was running out of storage space. It works great. Had a bit of hassle getting the X-Box to detect the hard drive, but it works great now, I highly recommend buying this External Hard drive.

I've had this for about a month and so far so good. It backs up data quickly and easily. I like that it has a couple of USB ports on the front, ideal for charging a phone or plugging in an additional hard disk drive if you are backing up data to two drives.

Pro's - great for backup of my scifi movies - no probs so far Con's - none atm Brought this at the beginning of April-2019 for the simple purpose of backup and it does just that. I haven't used it as a HUB (I have enough HUB's as it is) as I have it placed the drive out of reach. I have 2 of these drives and I purchased my 1st Seagate 8Tb Backup HUB last year and keep it that drive at another site. So I felt quite confident on this purchase and reliability.

Absolutely a life saver and beaut. Runs as I expected it to. Very quiet performs very well.
