I contacted the help line. They wanted $66 per month. The online manual said to use the control on the underside of the radio. Me dab does not have a control. otherwise seems OK

Works well good reception

I saw that other reviewers had difficulty setting it up. I also had trouble muddling through it as the instructions were very vague. I later found a more comprehensive manual on the web which explained the set up more fully. I would of given 5 stars if it came with the full manual in the packaging.

Falls short of expectations

This product is fantastic. It even eases me out of my sleep by easing up the volume so it doesnt startle me when the alarm goes off. Its the perfect wake up device. 5 DAB stations and 5 x other stations. I only listen to 1 station on waking but I have the others programmed for during the day depending on what takes my mood talk back or heavy metal. Love it!!
