Great features and very smart !!

Great TV picture and we like it hanging on the wall with our chosen art work in our bedroom. Way better than a black screen. However we we not expecting to have a cable and a chunky black box to deal with. We were horrified when we realised as this was not explained to us. If wed been able to buy a Oled/Qled 43inch (or similar size) in another brand that doesnt have the box we would have forgone the art feature. I really dont understand the necessity. It has a tiny remote thats a bit tricky to get used to. (Im used to the LG remote which is fabulous)

The smart part of this TV actually works, navigation is responsive, and I can install all the apps I wanted to: 7, 9, 10, sbs, abc, netflix, prime etc. Only negative is that the onscreen keyboard could be improved by using qwerty layout IMO (keys you use the most in expected places)

Easy for teck heads but taking me time to learn how to operate it. I didn't realise it would be so different to my previous tv.

Picture and sound quality is amazing, will definitely be purchasing another frame tv in the future! Art feature is also fantastic.

Took me a little bit of time to set up, but it is worth it. I have not been able to access the free art which is disappointing and misleading as it has the icon for free art. I have been able to add some of my photos
