Picture clarity is amazingly clear.

I am not a huge tv fan and I dont like it taking up needless space in the living room so I loved the art feature. It has really changed the area and the kids like all of the features on Samsung tv. The sound and picture is beautiful. I wish I got bigger

I waited over two months for the delivery of this TV. Though its a small model for a bedroom I expected this premium Frame line to have better colour and sound. The off axis image is faded and has colour shifting. The sound is below average necessitating a sound bar even in a small room. The picture frame display is disappointing because, in order to avoid burn-in, the screen must be dimmed while displaying a static image. Overall this is just an average LCD TV, it literally pales in comparison with my LG OLED TV in my living room. Sorry Samsung, I would not recommend this product.

The picture and sound is amazing, and it looks perfect on the wall. A bit tricky to set up, and time and patience is needed, but looks amazing and worth the extra money.

The service from Samsung is horrible. The design of the TV is not good for standing on table. It is more for wall mounted design. We also have issue to watch normal TV( not smart TV) and could not get any help from Samsung support team. The phone has never been answered (Always busy which may indicate the issue of Samsung) . It is a nightmare!
