The Apple iPhone 14 is no match for the just-released iPhone 14 Pro, but if you ignore that, it’s one of the most effective phones around.
Great cameras, front and back, Fast performance, Good battery life, Innovative safety features
Design too familiar, Some average features
The iPhone 14 isn’t much of an upgrade over the iPhone 13, but it’s still a great device and an upgrade for anyone coming from the iPhone 11 or older.
Great camera, Good battery, Emergency features are cool, Still excellent performance
Display could use some upgrades
Apple has given select media outlets and YouTubers access to the new iPhone 14 ahead of when it begins arriving in customers' hands on Friday, September 16. There are two models of the iPhone 14, the standard 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and the larger 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus.
Samsung released two previous Z Flip models, but the second one really only added 5G to the first model. I spent months and thousands of dollars on the Galaxy Fold and then the Z Fold 2 , but never had the chance to even see a Z Flip model in person.
IPX8 water-resistant, Reasonable price, Beautiful foldable display, Functional cover display
Cameras could be better, Not easy to open with one hand, Battery life isn't the greatest
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G is the pinnacle of flip phone perfection. One that is eminently usable, pocketable, and has decent specs.
Significant improvement over the previous model, Excellent camera, Cover display is useful for dual preview selfie
Unusual screen resizing behaviour on some apps and websites, No charger or buds inbox, USB-C 2.0, Barely a day's life with moderate use and slow charging, Big Trhottling issue
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is much better than its predecessor in almost every respect.
Best foldable form factor combined with 5G, Snapdragon 888, IPX8 certification and 120 Hz refresh rate.
Same camera as its predecessor, and otherwise it lacks optical zoom. Biggest problem, however, is the battery of just 3300 mAh, which has a hard time holding power for an entire day.
The Galaxy Z Flip3 is a unique phone with one goal: give you an ultra-compact foldable phone with as few tradeoffs as possible compared to a similarly priced “classic” Galaxy phone. And for the most part, it does deliver a near-identical compute performance and legacy functionalities.
Unique user experience, Awesome ultra-compact design, Excellent 120Hz display, Great compute performance, Unique user experience, Awesome ultra-compact design, Excellent 120Hz display, Great compute performance
Lower battery life than S21+, Weaker CAMERA HW score than S21, Lower battery life than S21+, Weaker CAMERA HW score than S21
Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a flagship smartphone, and while it’s definitely not the most affordable phone on the market, its price tag is comparable to other high-end devices out there
It flips and that's cool, IPX8 waterproof, Larger useful Cover Screen
The crease, Not-so-great battery, Unclear how durable this phone will be in the long run
The question that remains for many is: Are foldable smartphones really ready for the prime time. Are these devices ready to become users' primary device and the next major form factor, moving beyond experimental tag? The answer to this is a Big Yes when it comes to Galaxy Z Flip 3.
Improved design, Solid performance, Unique form factor
