The Galaxy S6 is Samsung's flagship smartphone and boasts an eight-core, 2.1GHz processor paired with 3GB of RAM. Its camera has the same 16MP resolution as the Galaxy S5, but the S6 gets a new lens with optical image stabilisation, a larger f/1.9 maximum aperture and a wider 28mm-equivalent focal...
The Galaxy S6 is a complete reinvention of the Galaxy S line for Samsung and one that many users have been clamoring for since the Galaxy S II. While Samsung rose to global smartphone dominance during this time, it was perennially criticized for the construction quality of the phones, its bloated...
So here we have the Samsung Galaxy S6. Immediately you can just feel the quality oozing out of the handset. It is well built, slim and gorgeous to look at. There's a distinct industrial feel to it, especially around the edges of the phone
Samsung's Galaxy S6 is the best Android phone of 2015 so far, although we've yet to see what's to come from the LG G4 and Sony Xperia Z4. It's fast, it's well built, it has a gorgeous screen and the software isn't overly intrusive.
Samsung's Galaxy S6 is the best Android phone of 2015 so far, although we've yet to see what's to come from the LG G4 and Sony Xperia Z4. It's fast, it's well built, it has a gorgeous screen and the software isn't overly intrusive. The fingerprint scanner is vastly improved, the heart-rate scanner a potential draw for some users, and the wireless- and fast charging welcome inclusions. We'd like to see the price come down (which we are sure it will) and it's a shame we've lost the removable battery, waterproofing and microSD support, but these are all things we can live with.
I had the Galaxy s4 before this and loved it. Never had an issue with it. The s6, on the other hand, has been nothing but trouble. I've had to replace it at least 4 times due to "manufacturer defect". The first time was because it kept freezing whenever I would open and use certain apps.
Strong screen; hard to break; High quality display; Memory
Battery great at first but quickly deteriorates; Camera quality; Call quality; Running multiple apps slows it down extremely; No removable memory card; No removable battery
It's time for another round of flagship upgrades from the big names in mobile devices. With the Galaxy S6 , Samsung has finally made some recognizable changes to the familiar Galaxy S formula that users have either loved or hated. Will the S6 help Samsung claim the best phone of 2015?
Performance; Display quality; Camera; Design; Wireless charging; Android 5.0 Lollipop
No microSD support; Non-removable battery; Price
On paper, the Samsung Galaxy S6 might not appear as a great update to the Galaxy S5. It loses the water-proofing, doesn't have an expandable MicroSD card and has a smaller battery which is not removable. But all that becomes irrelevant as soon as you pick up the phone and start playing with it.
+ Brilliant Camera Experience; + Fastest Phone We've Tested; + Supports Wireless Charging
- OIS Not as Effective; - Lack of MicroSD Slot; - Unpredictable Battery
Really impressed with my phone.Great Battery timing Fast delivery and great service. Thanks.
