Nice cell phone

The Samsung Galaxy is a good unit, because of its size. I find it ends up, in my back jeans pocket most of the time and its main frame is made of plastic, I have some fear I will forget when setting down and break something. The speed is outstanding, then color on the screen is great.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Smartphone

Will the gravity well from Galaxy S5 capture your interest, or will you streak past with escape velocity Samsung's Galaxy S line of smartphones employs cutting-edge hardware and more features than any human can remember to use, making it one of the most anticipated flagship phones every year.

Great hardware; fingerprint scanner; IP67

Ugly; screen has issues with color accuracy and grayscale banding; poor NAND performance

Packed to its gills with incredible hardware and some nifty features, the Galaxy S5 has been the talk of the town for quite some time now. Naturally I was excited to get the ‘electric blue' variant to test-out, which will naturally be against the likes of the HTC One M8 and the Sony Xperia Z2.

A Very Good Phone!

We've used the phone for nearly 4 months with some minor quality issues. Not as well built as iPhones, they use cheaper plastic to lighten the weight and keep costs down. Water resistant for 30 mins underwater is a very nice addition. Touch ID does and Health Monitor does not really work.

Excellent

Phone is excellent. Battery life is so much better than my S 4 was. Did have an issue with the charger that came with the phone but this was resolved immediately.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Review: Should You Wait For The Note 4?

Samsung has a reputation to maintain - has it succeeded with its latest flagship, the Galaxy S5?

Excellent screen; Capable camera; Great battery life becomes excellent with Ultra Power Saving mode; Plenty of power and storage,Water resistant; S Health suite

Ugly design; Mediocre speaker; Poor fingerprint scanner implementation

The basics The Samsung Galaxy S5, the latest and greatest flagship phone from the South Korean electronics giant, is finally here, and it takes the place of last year's tip-top Galaxy S4.

If we say the Samsung Galaxy S5 provides little in the way of surprise, that's not meant as a backhanded compliment...we think; This is the light heavyweight phone you'd expect; It rings up at just 145g on the scales, but still feels sturdy, with a design that's very familiar by this point - so...

Samsung's not afraid to cram in all manner of different features into its phones; and while we've seen that in the past with shedloads of software smarts that are questionable in their practicality (EyeTracking; anyone?
