Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite Review

The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite is a puzzling addition to the range, but it's a good performer especially when it comes to processing power and battery life.

Excellent performance; Attractive design; Long-lasting battery;

Unreliable face unlock; Mixed results from the camera;

Samsung Galaxy S10 Review

While the Samsung Galaxy S10 doesn't excel in any one specific area, the collective package makes for an incredibly capable offering – which I'm sure was Samsung's aim in the first place. It sports a stunning OLED screen, versatile camera and a number of enticing new features. It's a great phone.

Smaller than lots of other flagships, without sacrificing features; Versatile camera that reliably takes excellent pictures; A lovely screen that’s fantastic for video;

One UI is full of bloatware; Battery life is middling;

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus Review

If the camera is the priority for you then I’d still recommend the Pixel 3. However, for everything else the Galaxy S10 Plus is king. It has the best screen, it looks downright stunning, and offers generous storage, RAM and plenty of customisations. Once again, Samsung has managed to tick all the boxes - what more could you want?

Fantastic screen; Barely any feature sacrificed; Ultrasonic fingerprint is a huge improvement over optical versions; Three cameras give amazing versatility;

Battery life (on the Exynos version) isn’t as good as expected; Main camera isn’t as reliably excellent as the Pixel 3 or IPhone XS;

Samsung Galaxy S10 5G Smartphone Review: A turbocharged S10 with a cutting-edge addition

First! Samsung announced the Galaxy S10 5G at MWC 19, but it has taken a while to arrive in Europe. It is bigger, has more cameras and has a larger battery than its S10 siblings, but there are some trade-offs too. Samsung has not managed to eradicate the issues we had with the rest of the S10 series, either. Read on to find out more in this detailed review.

The Galaxy S10 5G distinguishes itself from its peers in more ways than just its 5G modem. However, ...

great design; premium materials; impressive cameras; super bright AMOLED display; IP68 certification; 3D face recognition; ultrasonic fingerprint sensor; reversible wireless charging; ultra-fast wired charging; headphone jack; powerful SoC;

frame rate stutters in demanding games; SoC throttles under continuous load; PWM; no aptX HD; no microSD card slot; tinny-sounding speakers; underwhelming battery life; only single-SIM; carrier branding; bloatware;

Samsung Galaxy S10 Review

The midsize Samsung Galaxy S10 ($899.99 for 128GB), neither the smaller S10e nor the larger S10+ model, brings almost all of the look and features of the Galaxy S10+ for $100 less, in a size that's more friendly to most hands. We still think the less expensive Galaxy S10e is the best buy of the S10 family, not to mention our Editors' Choice, but the S10 is a decent step up if you want the phone's "2x zoom" camera or curved screen. Design I've covered most of the aspects of the G10 family by now in my Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10e reviews. Here I'm considering what makes the S10 different, and who should be buying it over the others. At 5.9 by 2.8 by 0.3 inches (HWD) and 5.5 ounces, the S10 is noticeably taller, but not really wider than the S10e; it's still usable in one hand, especially for people with big hands. I find the S10e more comfortable because it doesn't have the (admittedly attractive) curved glass, though. Like the other models, it comes in white, black, blue, or pink...

The midsize Samsung Galaxy S10 has all the attractive features of the S10+ for less money, but we still think the smaller S10e is a better buy.

Great screen; Fastest possible processor and LTE; Triple cameras with 2x and wide-angle; Headphone jack and microSD card slot

Expensive; In-display fingerprint sensor has no physical guide

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus review: Killer cameras and battery life might meet their match in the Note 10

I've been using the Galaxy S10 Plus ($312 at Amazon) every day since Samsung launched the phone four months ago as one of its flagship models for 2019. Despite the threat of being overshadowed by the foldable Galaxy Fold and the faster Galaxy S10 5G (and being knocked out from below by the value-buy Galaxy S10E), the Galaxy S10 Plus has hung on as one of the top Android phones of the year. Soon, the S10 Plus' best virtues -- its sharp screen, three top-notch cameras and all-day battery life -- will face another challenge from within Samsung's ranks, the upcoming Galaxy Note 10, which is all but confirmed to launch Aug. 7 in New York.

The Galaxy S10 Plus is an outstanding phone for 2019, although serious photographers will find its nighttime camera shots lacking. Competition, including from the upcoming Galaxy Note 10, is mounting.

The Galaxy S10 Plus has a phenomenal AMOLED screen, monster battery life and loads of useful camera tools. The option to wirelessly charge another device is convenient and really works.

Nighttime and low-light shots on the Galaxy S10 Plus aren't as clear or crisp as dedicated night modes on the Pixel 3 and Huawei Mate 20 Pro. The ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint reader isn't always fast or accurate. Mispresses on the curved, edge-to-edge display are a minor annoyance.

Samsung Galaxy S10 5G review

As of July 2019, we don’t recommend a 5G contract given the high cost, sparse coverage and minor speed gains. Despite this, the Galaxy S10 5G is an incredible phone with class-leading design, cameras and display. One UI is Samsung’s best ever interpretation of Android, the 4500mAh battery is generous and thanks to the bezel-less design this 6.7in phone isn’t too huge. This would have been a five star phone if it weren't for the fact 5G prices simply aren't worth the expense.
