I'm loving it so far

I've had the phone for a couple weeks and am loving it. It takes some getting used to for holding it since it is bigger, but I love how bright and crisp the images are. The camera takes spectacular pictures and that's without me adjusting any settings yet.

The Best of Androids!

Having been an HTC One M7 happy owner since its release in 2013, I hoped to replace it by a new flagship from the Taiwanese manufacturer, but neither M8 nor M9 with their poor camera performance had enough strong points to want them.

Screen; performance; 64GB of internal memory; camera; stylus; quick and wireless charging; speakers; fingerprint sensor; Screen Mirroring

Not easy to hold and unlock the phone by same hand using fingerprint sensor due phone size

Samsung Galaxy Note 5

There is a some points which i observe in note 5 which is disappoint me.

1. No microSD card slot; no 128GB built-in memory option, 2. The battery is not user-replaceable or Smaller battery, 3. No IR port, 4. No enhanced resistance to liquids or dust, 5. No stereo speakers, 6. The body of the smartphone is quite slippery without a case, 7.

Switched from S7 edge to note 5. LOVE IT

This phone is a good size and still sports a flat sceeen. I had the S7 edge but it got expensive because I broke the screen 3 times. Wanted the note 7, but that whole battery thing is still being worked out.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 review: Top-end specs and stylus trump big-screen rivals, but you'll pay a bundle for incremental upgrades

In August, Samsung released the Galaxy Note 7, its follow-up to the Galaxy Note 5, to favorable reviews. With its head-turning design, precise stylus and brilliant screen, it shored up the Note 5's few weaknesses, and was praised as Samsung's ultimate phone. Until the devices started overheating and, in some cases, catching fire.

Samsung's Galaxy Note 5 is excellent overall, and the only phone to buy if you want to write by hand. However, you'll pay a huge premium for a modest upgrade from last year's model, and less pricey competitors will satisfy many.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has an eye-catching design and high-end hardware, and it takes great outdoor photos; Using the stylus has never felt better and battery life is terrific.

With a nonremovable battery and no external storage option, the Note 5 strips away some of last year's features; It's pricey compared with large-screen competitors like Motorola's Moto X Pure.

Not a premium device anymore

After one year of use and the latest update, the device won't hold is charge anymore. Going from 100% to 65% of battery in 7 hours of standby time. It use to loose 7% of battery before. It "was" an excellent device all across the board. Please Samsung, release a new firmware.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 review

In 2015, Samsung released the Galaxy Note 5, a phablet that didn't have a global release. In the UK, you had to make do with the Galaxy S6 Edge+ instead, if you wanted a large Samsung phone.

Galaxy Note 5

The Note 5 is an excellent phone. Bright display. Fast. Sharp camera. The omission of an SD card creates a big disappointment, inconvenience and loss of flexibility. I can hardly wait for the new Note 8 !!! I am a former Note 4 user.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 review

Update: The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is over a year old and we're still a long way from the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 . Because of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 recall, the Note 5 is now under our review microscope again.
