Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 256GB Black Smartphone SM-N975FZKAVNZ review

Often called the “everything phone", the Galaxy Note line is by far the crown jewel in Samsung’s smartphone portfolio. The device can boast of a legitimate fan-base for Note devices, akin to Apple’s iPhones.

Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 256GB Black SM-N975FZKATNZ review

A very capable and glamorous android phone with a touch too much swagger for most.

Stunning and huge screen; Powerful; S Pen is better than ever

Cameras could be better at this price

Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 256GB Black SM-N975FZKATNZ review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ LTE’s imaging performance is pretty much on the same level as the outstanding Note 10+ 5G. There is virtually no difference between the two models for still images, and although its Video score is slightly lower, the Note 10+ LTE is still an excellent choice for mobile...

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ review

The crux of it is that there are better smartphones asking for four figures. Some with better cameras, some which will last you longer than a day, but none offer this point of difference – the inclusion of the S Pen. It feels really similar to the S10 line-up and Samsung still make the most beautiful screens, but there's got to be more when competition is so tough. If you do want excess, strive for luxury and must have an S Pen stylus, then what are you waiting for? Plus, it's a better use of cash than getting your cat a personal trainer.

Stunning and huge screen ; Powerful ; S Pen is better than ever;

Cameras could be better at this price;

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus review

At release the Galaxy Note 10 Plus was Samsung's biggest and most powerful phone, and its Aura colors almost symbolically reflect smartphone luxury top to bottom. The hand-stretching 6.8-inch display is perfectly paired with the S Pen and an extra-big battery. Sure, it's technically neither the fastest nor the best camera phone, but it's the most fun we've had testing a phone in 2019 thanks to its five cameras and smart photo filters. This is one to get if you want to bask in pre-foldable phone opulence.

The best screen on a smartphone; The best selfie camera around; Fun-to-use rear cameras;

Supremely expensive; Big and slippery design; Camera isn't 'the best'

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus Review

The Galaxy Note 10 Plus is the true successor to the Note 9. It’s a brute of a phone with a lovely display, plenty of grunt and a huge battery. There isn’t a whole lot new when compared to the S10 – but this still stands as the true high-end Samsung phone for the end of 2019. It also remains between this and the OnePlus 7 Pro for best big phone around. The Note 10 Plus has more features than the OnePlus – Qi charging, water-resistance, included USB-C buds – but I do love the 90Hz screen on the 7 Pro. Plus it’s notably cheaper than Samsung’s efforts.

Lovely big screen; Very quick to charge; S Pen is useful; Versatile cameras;

Camera isn’t quite up there with the best; Dodgy Live Video bokeh mode; 65w charger not included;

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus review: The most premium Android phone for your money

Samsung makes excellent phones that check nearly every box of what you'd want in a device: a clear, brilliant screen. Great cameras. Strong battery life. But it's been years since all the individual parts have come together in a way that makes me sit back and say, "Wow." The Galaxy Note 10 Plus does that in a way that's eluded Samsung phones since the tragic Galaxy Note 7.

Samsung closed the camera gap with rivals and created a top-of-the-line phone for people who want the best Android has to offer.

The Galaxy Note 10 Plus delivers the premium goods; from a killer 6.8-inch screen and all-day battery life to excellent camera tools.

The Note 10 Plus is expensive; There's no headphone jack, which will disappoint long-time Samsung fans; The depth-sensing camera is extremely limited.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Australian review (2019)

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ isn’t a phone for everyone. If you’re after something with a better camera, it’s not going to be hard to find something. If you need a better battery, same deal.

If you're the person who's entire life revolves around their phone and like the idea of investing in making that experience the best it can be, you'll get a lot out of what the Note 10+ offers.

S-Pen; Dynamic AMOLED display; High-end performance;

Camera can't compete with Pixel; Battery life still way less than it should be;

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Review

There's a lot going on with the Galaxy Note 10+ ($1,099.99 and up), Samsung's biggest phone. There always is; the Note line is the epitome of Samsung's technology. It's where the company piles all of its features in, with price and size being no object. And I admire it, but I find it hard to love. A lot of this comes down to how many phones Samsung's been slinging out this year with similar features, as well as my own growing lack of patience with $1,000+ handsets. Ultimately, the Galaxy S10+ ($799.99 and up) and the smaller Galaxy Note 10 ($949.99) are slightly more affordable ways to get most of what the Note 10+ offers, for less. The Handbuster The Note 10+ is 6.39 by 3.04 by 0.31 inches (HWD) and 6.91 ounces. It's slightly bigger than the Note 9 (6.37 by 3.01 by 0.35 inches, 7.09 ounces) and noticeably bigger than the S10+ (6.20 by 2.92 by 0.31 inches, 6.17 ounces). It comes in four "aura" colors, pictured below: black, blue, white, and "glow," which is a shimmery rainbow ef...

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is a big, powerful phone that's good for artists and note-takers.

Useful S Pen stylus; Top-notch performance; Long battery life

Expensive; Huge; No headphone jack; Confusing 5G situation
