Samsung Galaxy Book 12 LTE Convertible Review

Prospective buyers with enough petty cash can hardly go wrong with the Samsung Galaxy Book 12 LTE if they like the idea of a connecting keyboard and high portability. Apart from the meagre port selection, Samsung really has managed to combine the best of both worlds in one device.

S-Pen and keyboard included; attractive and modest design; seemingly perfect workmanship; well-made; flexible keyboard case; good cameras with 13 and 5 MP; fast Wi-Fi and LTE; TPM / BitLocker and W10 Pro; good input devices; bright AMOLED screen; great viewing angle stability; very inconspicuous...

2x USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-C + audio jack only; suboptimal color accuracy; color accuracy cannot be improved; PWM at 250 Hz; tablet can heat up quite a lot; throttling under continuous load

Samsung Galaxy Book

The Samsung Galaxy Book rightfully belongs on the quickly growing list of impressive Microsoft Surface Pro contenders. It's a Windows 10 tablet with a stunning 12-inch Super AMOLED display, Intel's latest processors and detachable keyboard cover with stylus.

The Samsung Galaxy Book has an excellent screen, strong performance and long battery life; For a 12-inch tablet, it's compact; A keyboard cover and stylus are both included

It can get hot if multitasking for a long time; The keyboard case is wobbly if not sitting on a sturdy surface; The kickstand situation isn't as solid as the Surface's

Samsung Galaxy Book 12 Review: A premium 2-in-1 with a price to match

You wait for one premium 2-in-1 Windows 10 hybrid, and along come a whole selection at once. Samsung is hoping the Galaxy Book 12-inch will catch your eye out of a growing market, promising the latest in digital S Pen technology plus more processing power than you might expect from such a skinny...

Well-constructed and quietly stylish; Super AMOLED screen is superb; S Pen is great for digital artists; Impressive performance from Core i5

LTE option only comes with 4GB of RAM; Very expensive; Stand design can be frustrating

Samsung is taking another stab at the two-in-one market with the Samsung Galaxy Book. Despite different branding, the Galaxy Book feels like a successor to last year's Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro S.

Gorgeous Super AMOLED display; Strong performance; Responsive keyboard; Interesting convertible design

Mediocre battery life; Lack of premium design; Expensive

Hybrid 2-in-1 tablet convertible devices like new are a tough gig. Striking a balance between ultimate portability, performance, and battery life is not easy when it comes to the well-under 2 pound device class of products.

Samsung Galaxy Book 10" and 12" Review: Hands-on

Leveraging the success of its first attempt at cramming a full-blown Windows 10 PC tablet in an ultra-thin form factor with a keyboard, Samsung delivers an impressive product design performance with the Galaxy Book at MWC 2017.

Absolutely Fantastic

I bought this product for 2 reasons. 1 I wanted to reward myself for my promotion and, have been in desperate need of a decent computer for a long time. 2- My work does not have a computer system setup yet (new construction). This has been the absolute BEST purchase decision i have made.

Great Portability & Full Power

In spite of it's limitations, I highly recommend this for anyone who needs full power AND portability.

This Laplet (Laptop/Tablet) first and foremost feels solid and substantial but definitely not heavy; Secondly the display is beautiful

Keyboard/Case/Stand does not match the quality of the Galaxy book itself

The tech isn't ready for comforttable drawing.

This was purchased with the intent to use as a drawing tablet. I could not adjust to the heat produced under my palm while drawing. This is tablet is certainly overpriced if I had to make that compromise. Everything else about the pen and it's accuracy are near perfect.
