The iPhone 14 isn’t much of an upgrade over the iPhone 13, but it’s still a great device and an upgrade for anyone coming from the iPhone 11 or older.

Apple has given select media outlets and YouTubers access to the new iPhone 14 ahead of when it begins arriving in customers' hands on Friday, September 16. There are two models of the ‌iPhone‌ 14, the standard 6.1-inch ‌iPhone‌ 14 and the larger 6.7-inch ‌iPhone‌ 14 Plus.

The Galaxy 51 is the latest mid-range smartphone from Samsung, launched in December, 2019. The phone was announced along with the Galaxy A71 , and came as the successor of the A50 launched earlier this year .

2019 was a landmark year for Samsung and not only did the South Korean smartphone giant introduce the world to its clean and streamlined One UI but it also doubled-down and revamped the faltering A Series.

Small improvements and subtle tweaks over its predecessor but the Galaxy A51 is still incredible value

The Samsung Galaxy A51 is an affordable way to get a good-looking Galaxy phone, but it makes Android feel a little too slow for us to wholeheartedly recommend it.

With the Galaxy S20 series starting a thousand dollars , many cash-strapped Samsung fans are probably considering more affordable upgrade options this year. And apparently, Samsung anticipated this (and if it didn't, it sure knows now ), as it's making more of its low-end and mid-range lineup...

Display The screen is massive, and it's an AMOLED panel. You can't ask for much more on a mid-range phone; Performance The Exynos processor with 4GB RAM handled my usual apps and games just fine.

Cameras The main camera produces muddy photos, and the other two lenses aren't any better; Design While the Galaxy A51 is generally designed well, the glossy plastic back attracts fingerprints and smudges much easier than glass.

Doctor, there’s a fly in this ointment

The Galaxy A51 is a nicely specified handset that should appeal to Samsung fans looking for mid-range performance at a reasonable price. There are more affordable alternatives if you're interested in buying SIM-free, though.
