Awesome drive, used CrystalDiscMark to confirm speeds. Got 6,870MB/s Seq read and 5,000MB/s Seq write. Will have to get another to populate my 2nd m.2 slot. If your in the market for a super fast m.2 this is the one! (thanks for the good pirce pbtech) :)

These work great until the drive is partially filled, then the write speed plummets to 1300MB/s. Seems to be when the cache is full and doesn’t get emptied. Plenty on all the forums about this, hopefully a firmware update will come soon. My old 970 was 83% full and still wrote at 3300.

Bought a 500GB for my OS on a new build and even though it's overkill the speed of booting up is insane. The price was great and the 5-year warranty is a nice peace of mind. Would totally buy again.

so fast. Single best purchase I've made for pc in a long time. booted in seconds. went and bought another one immediately. needs a heatsink if your motherboard doesn't have one. If you have a m/b with heatsink under the gpu keep an eye on temps. e.g gigabyte x370 g3, badly designed m2 position and heat shield. moved mine to new tuf 450 and super fast and cool.
