The Khan AIMO looks to be making a splash in the market by taking all the best parts from last years Khan Pro and adding in some high-end audio features as well as integrating some tasteful RGB illumination.

Today we're looking at the Roccat Khan Aimo, a gaming headset that boasts simulated 7.1 surround sound, high-res audio support and full RGB lighting. It's also the third piece of the Aimo RGB trifecta , the natural counterpart to the Horde Aimo keyboard and Kone Aimo mouse.
We recently reviewed the Roccat Khan Pro headset and found it was very good as a neutrally biased pure music headset, but lacking a little bit of the pounding oomph that we have come to expect from either gaming headsets or the type of rock music that usually accompanies games.
It's just a shame the Roccat Khan Aimo's build quality undermines its audio strengths. For $120 the Khan Aimo is one of the better-sounding headsets on the market, clawing at the HyperX Cloud Alpha and other similarly priced competitors.
