Shoulder buttons are much better than Microsoft's.

It's better than the basic controller. The d-pad is terrible but that is usual nowadays.

Razer Wolverine V2 Wired Gaming Controller for Xbox Series X RZ06-03560100-R3M1 review

The Razer Wolverine V2 offers a strong, wired alternative to the standard Xbox Series X/S gamepad. Though the cable makes it an acquired taste, its signature mechanical buttons and strong ergonomic shape bring a different, potentially preferable feel to the Xbox controller mold.
