Love this headset. Only issue, which is not a big deal is...when you place on the charger you have to somethings wiggle it to make sure it is locked in to charge. Not a big deal for what the headset provides. Would recommend it!

Good quality, good range, and easy to setup. The prices are good at Headsets Direct, but I also like the fact that they are here in the US. When I call them, I am answered by a person instead of a host of menus, and their reps speak real English. Shipping is also very fast.

Took longer than noted to charge and use. Once finally charged and used, all users on the other end of the phone get an echo with every word they say.Very expensive piece of equipment on my desk that is currently unusable. Waiting for plantronics to respond to my email.

The headsets are great. The recipients in the office are much appreciative of the headsets because they are able to use their computers fluently while on the phone, and they don't get neck fatigue from cradling the handpiece between the shoulder and the head.

Great sound quality, highly adjustable/customisable fitting for the head/face. Note that you'll need a HL-10 hook lifter for simpler phones or a cable to connect to EHS-compatible phones.

Great product for office purposes. Good sound quality and the people at the other end are able to hear us properly after minor adjustment under the base (cradle). The first was bought for a test, and we will buy others for our team.
