These are great if you use Skype and tend to keep on for long periods of time. I have a larger head and find most headsets uncomfortable over time. The stereo sounds awesome when not on a call. Thank you!!

I bought this because I thought my inexpensive headset seemed to have problems with poor audio quality when using Lync. Now that I have this quality headset, same problems exist so it the issue is with Lync..

I leave the headset on when not on a call at times. The mic is always hot, meaning it picks up sounds (such as keyboard clicks) all the time and plays them into the earpieces with a delay. I see no reason the mic should be hot except when in a call.

I bought this since I wanted a dual headed headset for Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business. It rests comfortably over the ears and I don't experience any pain because of extended use. The quality is excellent and it can be tweaked in the sound audio settings off the Control Panel-Sound settings.

I have always had a good experience with this product.
