I purchased this headset for my wife to use with our VOIP Panasonic phone as she works from home doing tech support during tax season. She needed an over-the-ear headset, as I too work from home and did not want any background noise filtering through to her clients. We couldn't both be happier.

Good quality sound, comfortable to wear and good value for money!

These are the best I've used for dictation. Great for VoIP calls and sound clarity. They perform better, and have greater accuracy, for dictation using the usb c connection than the 3.5mm jack. But it's nice to have both options available and to be able to smoothly change between laptop and phone use. I could not recommend any business headset more than I do this one. AMAZING!!!

Now we're all zooming, and back in the office, things have got a bit loud. These solved the issue. handy 3.5mm plug and usb-c with controller.
