Just 2 cleaning modes Clean and Gum Care, but that's all one needs to clean one's teeth. The Clean & Gum Care mode is EXACTLY the same as found in the expensive Philips Sonicare toothbrushes and it cleans in EXACTLY the same way as them. If all one wishes is to cleans one's teeth then this is it! Gave it 4 stars because the manual does not show how to change the 2 power intensities that this Protective Clean 4500 brush has.

It vibrates at a very uncomfortable frequency for me , Ive tried it for 5-6 days but have better results with a normal toothbrush

Good product, the salesperson said I can get replacement heads anywhere..... they are not at Coles or Woolworths and we dont have an anywhere. I think he is paid commission based.

There is no option to change the speed of the toothbrush. I found that it runs too fast & I would prefer the option of reducing the speed.

Great electric toothbrush. Very gentle and cleans well.
