All buttons stoped working.

I have had this Phillips AJT5300W/79 For about 6-7 months now. Received it as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately none of the buttons are responsive now. It has had very little use besides displaying the time. Since being unplugged and relocated to another room no buttons work. I'm unable to set the time or turn on in anyway. The display just flashes --:-- and thats all it will do can't use Bluetooth set time or listen to radio. Very dissapointed as it was a gift i can not make a warranty claim.

Works great

Compact, easy to use, set up and I love the Bluetooth option.

Too complicated

Bought this one a few weeks ago. The radio wake up is rubbish, It starts off soft then just keeps getting louder. How can you set it to just turn on at a preset volume? It is so complicated to use. Neither of us can work out the complicated way to set the alarm which can only be done in standby mode - you have to press the button three times to achieve this let alone try to set the alarm. Do love the dim-able display, but sorry it's going to the kitchen for the kids to trash

Awful Instructions

This is my second one of this model - but setting it up is very difficult. My husband set-up the 1st unit (he has since passed away) and I just purchased a new one as the other one fell off bedside table and no longer worked at all. I realise now he only managed to the time and 1 radio station and we didn't have radio alarm function working either. Silly me has had not much luck even doing that with much success. But the thing that really annoyed me is even your technical assistance when i rang couldn't follow the instructions effectively because they are very badly written.

Way too complicated to set up!

We spent over 45 minutes trying to get the clock radio up and running. Finally managed to set the time ... but so stressed and arguing ... that we will leave the rest to another day! The instructions were just diabolical to try and work out! And .. so difficult to read. We had to find a very strong light and then a magnifying glass to see most of them. My husband has more patience than I ... I wanted to throw the thing out the window!!! Why can't big companies be more kind to people trying to set up what should be a simple thing. Wishing I had kept my simple old (over 30 years) clock radio ... or simply bought a cheap one. I am hoping that one day, when I can bring myself to it .. I can work out the radio and the other features. It may be a very good clock radio but it is very difficult to work out the instructions.

Budget clock/radio

Alarms are 7 days a week only. 20 preset tuner stations that only scroll in one direction. Volume level 1 too low, volume level 2 is too loud for my preferences, sound quality is average at best. Easy to use and readable display.
