Cooks rice perfectly every time. No horrible burnt rice at the bottom. Very easy to use. Reasonably easy to clean. Does take about 30mins to cook but can set and forget with the auto keep warm function. Perfect size for a couple or maybe a small family.

It does what it says it does. Great rice every time. Easy to clean.

So far so good, my 11 year old has used it more than me. They say its like restaurant rice!! Made porridge in it too which was really easy. I havent tried all the settings.

Does the rice cooker do its job - yes BUT it doesnt tell you how long it has to go so you cant time things around it and it doesnt alarm when its finished so you have to be hanging around to see it go onto warm, The lack of a handle also makes taking it in and out of drawers a pain.
