Poor sound quality on both handset and base unit. Background 'hiss' on the handset when the other person is speaking. Odd pauses when the sound drops out altogether. I thought that the Panasonic phone looked neat, and the keypad was clear and easy to use. Programming preferred numbers is simple.

I have this phone for quite a few years an am very pleased with it am only ordering a new one because my carer has dropped mine and being disabled I really need a phone

Disappointing sound quality. Wanted to exchange for a different model but declined by the seller, as the timelimit had lapsed for exchanges. Was provided with an a replacement but sound quality was no better. Not the same quality as my previous Panasonic phone.

This phone is a revelation. Big button, lots of memory & play time. Not sure of which ring tone but plenty to choose from. Time will tell if it holds up in years of use.

Brilliant phone and options and easy set up etc, shame the handbook is not written in a better way as it makes the instructions look complicated when in fact they are simple. Only down side so far is a tinny sound on the line, not the best quality you might expect from Panasonic but over all good...

My dream come true to buy Panasonic Cordless Telephone for my house. It works perfectly. The manual comes in foreign language, however you can download Instruction Manual from the website: panasonic.ae/en/manuals/KX-TG6821.pdf. Working wise it is outstanding with little loud ring tone.

Very happy with the phone. Great price for a decent phone. Default settings make it easy as plug and play. Answering machine was very easy to set up and playback is nice and clear. I found no problem with the volume either and the ability to use the phone if there is a power failure is a bonus.

Had this phone for myself also got 1 for my mum really good phone 40 ringtones good sound nice & clear & big letters & looks good

I havent had the chance to read Manuel first before I assemble the cordless phone.
