OPPO Find X2 Pro Black Ceramic FINDX2P BLK review

One of the best mobile displays (very bright; with excellent colors; and adaptive 120Hz); Record fast charging (38 minutes); Very good battery life (10+ hours screen-on time at auto refresh rate); Sharp and clean 5x periscope zoom for both pictures and video; Very fast performance and oodles of...

Confidently expensive; Camera focus and white balance can slip in low light; Ultrawide-angle camera distortion could be lower

OPPO Find X2 Pro Vegan Leather Orange FINDX2P ORG review

The Oppo Find X2 Pro has plenty to offer for those seeking a premium 5G-ready device, and may be one of the surprise winners of 2020. Its hardware is on par with Apple and Samsung flagships, while a 120Hz refresh rate renders the display a pleasure to use, despite failing to hit the highest notes in...

Smooth and sharp display Powerful hardware 5G ready Premium feel

Expensive Oversized No 3.5mm jack

OPPO Find X2 Pro Vegan Leather Orange FINDX2P ORG review

We’ve seen excellent smartphone cameras from Oppo before, but the Find X2 Pro is the Chinese company’s masterpiece so far. It joins the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro in the top spot of our DXOMARK Camera rankings, thanks to its camera delivering in all areas.

Excellent autofocus performance; Nice colors and wide dynamic range; Low noise levels in all light conditions; Good detail in close- and long-range zoom shots; Nice ultra-wide shots with little distortion; Realistic bokeh shots with wide dynamic range; Good exposure down to low light; Good color and...

Detail drops towards the edges of medium-range zoom shots; HDR sometimes does not trigger for portrait shots; especially indoors; Slight lack of detail in ultra-wide shots; Some exposure instabilities on HDR scenes; Occasional slight local loss of texture in outdoor clips; Some noise in outdoor...

OPPO Find X2 Pro Vegan Leather Orange FINDX2P ORG review

To say that I was a little disappointed when I saw the Oppo Find X2 smartphones would be an understatement. Yeah, sure, Oppo’s new flagship smartphone looks pretty darn good on paper but coming from the awesome madness that was the Oppo Find X did make this new smartphone feel very…pedestrian.

OPPO Find X2 Pro Black Ceramic FINDX2P BLK review

The Oppo Find X2 Pro boasts an amazing screen and a powerful camera, but it doesn't do enough to distinguish itself from flagship phones.

Big; bright; 120Hz refresh rate screen; Powerful camera; Lots of storage

Expensive; Clunky software layer; Not available in the US

OPPO Find X2 Pro Black Ceramic FINDX2P BLK review

Oppo Find X2 Pro might be the most feature-heavy smartphone on the market, providing quality across every inch of its retail space. You get the brilliant combo of a gorgeous display, some unique design options, top drawer performance and a stellar camera set-up.

Oppo Find X2 Pro review

The Oppo Find X2 Pro is as good as any flagship phone out there. It looks great, feels incredibly slick thanks to a 120Hz screen and has a camera that lets you shoot pictures of cute dogs at the park without stalking them. And if that’s not worth an extra star, what is? Paying £1099 for an Oppo phone does seem very odd, in the UK at least. Oppo is a household name in India and China, but say it to a friend here and the most likely response is “what?” There are also a few bugs in the software, a few areas to tighten-up in the camera. But this is undoubtedly one of the best Android phones around right now. It can seem Huawei has been all-but knocked out of the ring at the moment. Phones like this, and other Oppo smashers like the Oppo A5 2020 and Oppo Reno 2, show this Chinese company is ready to take its place. Watch out, Samsung.

Loads of storage; Power and slick 120Hz smoothness; Ultra-versatile triple camera;

A few minor camera black marks; No wireless charging;

Oppo Find X2 Pro Review

The Oppo Find X2 Pro is a beauty; the camera is fantastic, its screen a knockout, and with masses of storage and class-leading fast charging, it’s an easy to recommend alternative to the Galaxy S20 Plus or Ultra.

Masses of storage; Sharp, punchy screen; Class-leading fast charging;

Expensive ; Single SIM slot; No wireless charging;

Oppo Find X2 Pro review: Great display and camera can't justify the high price

Chinese phone-maker Oppo may not be on the mainstream radar in the US, but its new flagship should be. In an increasingly crowded field, the Oppo Find X2 Pro is one of the top Android phones of 2020. With a 6.7-inch display, a standout quad-camera setup, supremely fast charging, 5G capability, a 120Hz screen refresh rate and the most powerful Snapdragon processor available, the Find X2 Pro is a stellar handset that in many ways is easy to recommend, especially if you're willing to throw down serious cash for an Android phone that isn't made by Samsung.

If you're willing to cough up more than $1,300, the Oppo Find X2 Pro is a solid premium Android phone that's not made by Samsung.

Fast charging (fully charged under 40 mins); Strong battery life on default settings; Slim enough to use one-handed; Great camera and overall performance;

Prohibitively expensive considering it doesn't have as much brand value as Apple or Samsung; No wireless charging option; Difficult to find in the US; No 3D face unlock;

Oppo Find X2 Pro review

For pure performance, the Find X2 Pro can’t be beat right now, but you'll have to pay for it - and miss out on wireless charging.

Beautiful display; Fastest wired charging; Strong cameras;

No wireless charging; Divisive colours; Expensive;
